1929 – 2011:
Switching from Beijing to Shenyang has been quite a shock. It was indeed moving from a huge and cultural city to a former industrial-leading megalopolis.
The urban landscape is a witness of this “evolution”. The small buildings may eventually be replaced by new ones in a couple of years, with the only purpose of storing more inhabitants.
